  • onion cream2 unit(s)
  • Milk to taste
  1. To prepare the chicken you will need a rectangular shape of approximately 40cm and aluminum foil.
  2. Preheat the oven to 180º. Open the corn cans, remove all the liquid and fill each can with milk. In a large container place the two pots of cottage cheese, also add the corn with the milk and mix well until it becomes a homogeneous cream.
  3. Pass the chicken fillets in the onion cream (on both sides). Place half of the fillets in the form. Add half of the prepared cream and spread with a spoon.
  4. Detach the other half of the chicken. Add the remaining cream on top.
  5. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for approximately 40 minutes.
  6. Remove the foil and increase the oven to 220º and leave for 5 to 8 minutes just to brown.
