Comecei limpando o frango e passei vinagre pra tirar o cheiro forte . 
Coloquei em pote grande e temperei .

I started by cleaning the chicken and put vinegar to get rid of the strong smell.
I put it in a large pot and seasoned.

Coloquei, sazon vermelho, pimenta do reino e caldo de galinha em pó. Também coloquei alho picadinho. E deixei pegar gosto por uns 10 minutos 

I put, red sazon, black pepper and powdered chicken broth. I also added minced garlic. And I let it taste for like 10 minutes

Em uma panela grande coloquei óleo e deixei esquentar bem coloquei os pedaço de frango e deixei fritar de um lado e depois eu virei do outro lado .

In a large pan I put oil and let it heat up well I put the pieces of chicken and let it fry on one side and then I turned it on the other side.

Assim que estiver quase frito os dois lados . Cobri com água e acertei o sal . E tampei e deixei cozinhar por uns 25 minutos até o frango estiver macio .
Essa receitas fica muito boa e simples de fazer 

As soon as it's almost fried both sides. Cover with water and adjust the salt. And I covered and let it cook for about 25 minutes until the chicken is soft.
This recipe is really good and simple to make.
