Oil or olive oil2 tablespoon
Chili1/2 unit(s)
Onion1/2 unit(s)
Garlic cloves4 unit(s)
Carrot1/2 unit(s)
Salt1 coffee spoon
Green smell to taste
Rice1 cup
Hot water2 cup

In the processor: grind carrots, garlic, onions and peppers.
Place the chicken to brown in the oil for 10 minutes. Add the crushed seasoning and salt. Stir and sauté well for 5 min.
Put the rice and stir, frying for 1 min. Put the hot water and let it cook until the water dries up, with the pot covered.
Finish with green smell.
