  • Shredded Chicken500 g
  • grated carrot1 cup
  • Canned boiled corn1 cup
  • Frozen peas1 cup
  • Tomato1 unit(s)
  • Seedless Green Olives1/2 cup
  • Mayonnaise3 cup
  • Mustard2 tablespoon
  • Lime Juice2 tablespoon
  • Parsley3 tablespoon
  • Salt to taste
  • Sliced bread12 unit(s)
  • Straw potato200 g
  • Baked Potato500 g
  1. For the filling, mix 1.5 cups of mayonnaise, shredded chicken, chopped seedless tomatoes, grated carrots, corn, peas, parsley, chopped olives, mustard, lemon juice in a platter. Mix and season with salt to taste. Reserve
  2. Pass the boiled potato through the juicer and place in a bowl with 1.5 cups of mayonnaise. Mix and season with salt to taste.
  3. For assembly, place 3 slices of bread without the crust next to each other. Followed by a layer of filling, repeating until you have 4 layers of bread.
  4. Spread the puree all over the side of the pie and on the top with the back of a spoon, and leave it smooth with the help of a pastry spatula or a table knife.
  5. Decorate with tomatoes, olives and basil leaves.
