- White wine500 ml

- Butter200 g
- Honey2 tablespoon
- Shoyu6 tablespoon
- Rosemary to taste
- Blend the white wine, onion, garlic, salt, pepper, mustard and green pepper in a blender and apply to the cleaned turkey
- I leave the turkey in this marinade for at least 24 hours
- Take the turkey to the oven at 150 degrees, then heat the butter in a pan, add the soy sauce, honey, and rosemary and let it reduce for a few minutes, then use this butter to brush the turkey throughout the cooking process, which should take approximately 3 hours.
