  • Smoked paprika1 coffee spoon
  • Cayenne Pepper1/2 coffee spoon
  • White wine500 ml
  • Green pepper1 unit(s)
  • Onion1 unit(s)
  • Garlic4 unit(s)
  • Mustard4 tablespoon
  • Butter200 g
  • Honey2 tablespoon
  • Shoyu6 tablespoon
  • Rosemary to taste
  1. Blend the white wine, onion, garlic, salt, pepper, mustard and green pepper in a blender and apply to the cleaned turkey
  2. I leave the turkey in this marinade for at least 24 hours
  3. Take the turkey to the oven at 150 degrees, then heat the butter in a pan, add the soy sauce, honey, and rosemary and let it reduce for a few minutes, then use this butter to brush the turkey throughout the cooking process, which should take approximately 3 hours.
