  • Thyme to taste
  • Butter100 g
  • Shoiu50 ml
  1. 48 hours before roasting the chicken, in a blender, beat the onion, garlic, pepper, coloral, parsley, white wine and water, until obtaining a homogeneous liquid. Place the chicken in a plastic bag or bowl and drizzle with the sauce. After 24 hours, turn the chicken so that the sauce is all over the meat.
  2. When taking it to the oven, remove the excess sauce and take it to the roast, optionally you can line the roast with vegetables such as carrots, garlic or potatoes, and take it to the oven for 3 hours at 180°C
  3. While the chicken is roasting, in a pan, heat the butter, the Shoiu and the thyme, and brush the chicken with this mixture every 20 minutes, until it is completely golden and cooked inside.
