- Red Pepper1/2 unit(s)
- Yellow pepper1/2 unit(s)
- Zucchini1/2 unit(s)
- Olive oil1 tablespoon
- Cumin powder1 teaspoon
- Chilli Pepper to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Garlic Powder1 teaspoon
- Onion powder1 teaspoon
- Salt1 teaspoon
- Cut the chicken and vegetables into medium-sized cubes, about the same size, large enough to fit on the skewer.
- In a bowl, mix them with the spices, salt and olive oil.
- Heat a skillet (or a grill) until very hot. Place the skewers and let them brown on each side (about 4-5min on each side).
- Serve with rice, guacamole, or even corn tortillas.
