Chicken with potatoes and fried onions

Adicione óleo na frigideira, esquente e ponha alho e cebola, deixando dourar e adicione coentro.

Add oil to the frying pan, heat it up and add garlic and onion, let it brown and add cilantro.

Depois adicione o frango, sal, cebolinha e pimenta. Frite um pouco e acrescente as batatas inglesas, dourando os dois até ficarem suculentos e mais crocantes, durante 15 minutos. Depois sirva. 

Then add the chicken, salt, chives and pepper. Fry a little and add the English potatoes, browning them both until they are juicy and crispier, for 15 minutes. Then serve.
