- Black pepper1 coffee spoon

- Crushed garlic1 coffee spoon

- Oregano1 coffee spoon
- Cut the chicken breast as you prefer, then squeeze the lemon on top, pour water, wash and season. Leave for a few minutes for seasoning to adhere then place the potatoes already peeled and cut into cubes then add the mayonnaise. Stir well and place in a deep fryer or traditional oven.
