- Mode of preparation. Season with chicken already cut into pieces.
- Place a large pan on the fire. Add some oil. And put the chicken and cover
- Take the onion and cilantro chop and set aside.
- Take the pequi, put it in a pan with water and put it to boil for a pre-cooked.
- Going back to the good chicken. When it starts to fry, add the chopped onion and cilantro. And do well.
- Take the pre-cooked pequi, place it next to the chicken, add 200 ml of water and let it boil for 15 minutes.
- After 15 minutes, check if the thistle is thick, if it is, just turn off the heat and it's ready to serve.
