Chicken with orange and honey sauce

  • Honey100 ml
  • Crushed garlic4 unit(s)
  • Colorific smoked1 teaspoon
  • LEMON PEPPER3 teaspoon
  • Garlic Powder1 teaspoon
  • Dried Rosemary1 dessert spoon
  • Clove6 unit(s)
  • Salt, Black Pepper to taste
  • Mustard2 teaspoon
  • Olive oil100 ml
  • Worcestershire sauce50 ml
  1. Separate the thighs from the drumsticks, season with salt, black pepper, mustard, crushed garlic, lemon pepper, garlic powder, smoked coloring, dehydrated rosemary. Stick each clove in a part of the chicken and let it marinate for at least 2 hours (ideally, leave it for 24 hours).
  2. Heat the pan and add the oil. Arrange the chicken pieces in the pan so that they are all in contact with the bottom. In a bowl, mix the orange juice, honey and Worcestershire sauce. Spread the mixture over the chicken. Let it fry for approximately 20 minutes on medium heat. Flip the pieces and leave for another 15 min. When it's golden and crispy, it's time to turn off the heat. Remove the carnations and just enjoy this wonder. Important: the time may vary depending on the potency and flame of the stove.
