- Drumstick | 1 kg
- Onion | 1 unit(s)
- Garlic Clove | 5 unit(s)
- Oil | 20 ml
- Thyme | 2 tablespoon
- Tomato | 1 unit(s)
- Okra | 200 g
- Green smell | 1/2 cup
- Salt | to taste
- Black pepper | to taste

Recipe
- Season the drumsticks with garlic, salt and pepper and let it taste for 20 minutes
- In a pan add a thread of oil the onions cut into cubes and saute, add the drumsticks until golden
- Add the diced tomato, thyme, and bay leaf, cover the pan and cook for 10 minutes.
- Add the okra and let it cook together with the chicken for 15 minutes with the pan covered.
- Finish with the chopped green smell and serve with angu or rice
