  • Panco Flour100 g
  • Eggs2 unit(s)
  • Catupiry50 g
  • Mozzarella Cheese50 g
  • Cheese50 g
  • Parmesan Cheese50 g
  • 4 Cheese Sauce1 unit(s)
  • White Sauce1 unit(s)
  • Garlic Clove1 unit(s)
  • Salt, Olive Oil, Black Pepper to taste
  1. First season the chicken with crushed garlic, salt and black pepper. Book for 15 minutes. Place the eggs on one plate and the panco flour on another to coat the chicken. Then put some olive oil and fry the breaded fillet. After frying, place the fillets on a platter and place the catupiry cheese, mozzarella cheese and plate on top. Reserve.
  2. Before putting the sauce on the chicken, place it in a pan to heat the 4-cheese sauce and the white sauce and then place it on top of the chicken fillet, lastly put the Parmesan cheese and take it to the oven to brown the cheese. Serve immediately.
