Chicken with bacon in beer


Lave bem os pedaços do frango, reserve.

À parte misture o creme de cebola com a maionese.⠀

Tempere os pedaços do frango com esta pasta, deixe-os bem melados.⠀

Envolva cada pedaço do frango com uma fatia de bacon e arrume os frangos em um refratário médio (de preferência tempere-os de véspera e guarde-os no refrigerador).⠀

Quando for assar despeje a cerveja por cima do frango.⠀
Cuidado para não colocar o refratário gelado no forno, pois pode trincá-lo.⠀

Asse por cerca de 90 minutos 


Wash the chicken pieces well, set aside.

Separately, mix the onion cream with the mayonnaise.

Season the chicken pieces with this paste, leave them well molasses.⠀

Wrap each piece of chicken with a slice of bacon and arrange the chickens in a medium refractory (preferably season them the day before and store them in the fridge).

When you go to bake, pour the beer over the chicken.
Be careful not to put the cold refractory in the oven, as it can crack it.

Bake for about 90 minutes
