- Middle of the wing1 kg
- Lemon2 unit(s)
- Smoked paprika2 tablespoon
- Saffron1 tablespoon
- Mustard2 tablespoon
- Mayonnaise1 tablespoon
- Salt1 teaspoon
- Oregano1 teaspoon
- Pour the middle of the wing into a serving dish
- Add the lemon, salt and other seasonings and mix very well.
- Let it marinate for 30 minutes
- Place one by one in the Air Friyer so that they are not on top of each other.
- Bake for 15 minutes on each side at 180° or until golden.
- Remove and serve with your favorite accompaniment and be happy!
