  • Chicken thighs | 12 to taste
  • Cassava flour | 1 cup
  • Seasonings of your choice |  to taste

Recipe

  1. Season the chicken as usual. In my case, I season it with salt, paprika, garlic, cumin and I usually leave it to season overnight.
  2. Dip the thighs in the cassava flour
  3. Fry in a good amount of hot oil.
