Chicken thighs breaded in cassava flour

- Chicken thighs | 12 to taste
- Cassava flour | 1 cup
- Seasonings of your choice | to taste
- Season the chicken as usual. In my case, I season it with salt, paprika, garlic, cumin and I usually leave it to season overnight.
- Dip the thighs in the cassava flour
- Fry in a good amount of hot oil.
