Ingredients

  • boneless chicken breast | 500 g
  • sour cream | 1 unit(s)
  • corn | 1 can(s)
  • olive | 1 to taste
  • ketchup | 1 to taste
  • mustard | 1 to taste
  • crushed garlic | 2 unit(s)
  • olive oil | 1 tablespoon

Recipe

  1. Cut the chicken breast into small squares, season with garlic and salt. In a pan put a tablespoon of olive oil and garlic and sauté and then put the chicken, let it sauté for a few minutes and then add salt and water just to cover the chicken. Cover the pan and let it cook for a few minutes.
  2. After the chicken is cooked, add corn, olives, ketchup, mustard and finally the cream.
