Chicken strogonoff

Corte os peitos de frango em cubinhos, e tempere com sal, pimenta e lemon pepper a gosto. 

Cut the chicken breasts into cubes, and season with salt, pepper and lemon pepper to taste.

Em uma panela, acrescente a margarina, e a cebola picadinha, deixe murchar, e logo após, coloque o frango em cubinhos.

In a pan, add the margarine, and the chopped onion, let it wither, and soon after, put the chicken in cubes.

Vá mexendo até que solte toda a água e que cozinhe. Quando ver que está cozido, acrescente o creme de leite e continue mexendo. Adicione o ketchup, até que fique rosadinho o molho, e a mostarda para diminuir o adocicado do ketchup. 

Keep stirring until all the water is released and it boils. When you see that it is cooked, add the cream and continue stirring. Add the ketchup, until the sauce turns pink, and the mustard to reduce the sweetness of the ketchup.

Sirva com arroz, batata palha. Essa é uma receita rápida e fácil, para aqueles dias corridos mas quando não abrirmos mão de comer uma comida deliciosa e diferente. 

Serve with rice, potato straw. This is a quick and easy recipe, for those busy days but when we don't give up eating delicious and different food.
