  • Chicken breast cut into strips1 kg
  • Dried Spices to taste
  • Chopped Onion1 unit(s)
  • Chopped Garlic3 unit(s)
  • Sour cream2 can(s)
  • ketchup5 tablespoon
  • Mustard3 tablespoon
  • Salt to taste
  • Cognac1 teaspoon
  1. In a pan sauté the garlic and onion
  2. Then put the chopped chicken together with the dry seasonings, salt and brandy. Cognac is to enhance flavor (optional)
  3. Sauté the chicken well until it cooks
  4. When the chicken is well braised, add the cream, mustard and ketchup.
  5. Lower the heat and let it simmer for 8 minutes, being careful not to burn.
  6. Serve with rice and potato sticks.. Enjoy.
