Ingredients

  • Chicken breast cut into medium cubes | 2 cup
  • Sour cream | 100 g
  • Chopped Onion | 1/4 cup
  • Chopped Garlic | 1 dessert spoon
  • Yellow Mustard | 1 dessert spoon
  • Chopped hearts of palm | 3/4 cup
  • Diced seedless tomato | 3/4 cup
  • Olive oil | 1 tablespoon
  • Chopped green onion |  to taste
  • Sea Salt |  to taste
  • Ground black pepper |  to taste

Recipe

  1. Season the chicken with the mustard, pepper and salt and set aside.
  2. Heat the oil in a pan and brown the chicken cubes little by little.
  3. Add garlic and onion and sauté well.
  4. Add the tomatoes and add a little water.
  5. Lower the heat and let it cook for 5-7 minutes.
  6. Adjust the salt and add the heart of palm. Cook for 2 minutes and add the cream of milk.
  7. When it starts to boil, turn off the heat and finish with the chives.
