Ingredients
- Chicken breast cut into medium cubes | 2 cup
- Sour cream | 100 g
- Chopped Onion | 1/4 cup
- Chopped Garlic | 1 dessert spoon
- Yellow Mustard | 1 dessert spoon
- Chopped hearts of palm | 3/4 cup
- Diced seedless tomato | 3/4 cup
- Olive oil | 1 tablespoon
- Chopped green onion | to taste
- Sea Salt | to taste
- Ground black pepper | to taste
Recipe
- Season the chicken with the mustard, pepper and salt and set aside.
- Heat the oil in a pan and brown the chicken cubes little by little.
- Add garlic and onion and sauté well.
- Add the tomatoes and add a little water.
- Lower the heat and let it cook for 5-7 minutes.
- Adjust the salt and add the heart of palm. Cook for 2 minutes and add the cream of milk.
- When it starts to boil, turn off the heat and finish with the chives.
