  • Chicken breast cut into medium cubes500 g
  • Boiled Aipim2 cup
  • Coconut milk1 cup
  • Red bell pepper cut into small cubes1/2 cup
  • Chopped Onion1/2 cup
  • Chopped Garlic1 tablespoon
  • Squeezed Lime1 tablespoon
  • Chopped Parsley1 dessert spoon
  • Palm oil1 tablespoon
  • Olive oil1 dessert spoon
  • Paprika1 teaspoon
  • Sea Salt to taste
  • Ground black pepper to taste
  1. Season the chicken with salt, pepper and lemon and set aside.
  2. In a pan heat the oil and brown the onion, garlic and bell pepper.
  3. Add the paprika, stir and add the chicken.
  4. Keep sautéing until the chicken is cooked.
  5. In a food processor beat the coconut milk and cassava, put this mixture in the pan with the chicken and incorporate.
  6. Add the palm oil and mix well. Cook for about 7 minutes over low heat, stirring constantly so as not to burn.
  7. Adjust the salt and finish with the parsley.
