Whole chicken

Limpe a galinha, corte em pedaços. 
Depois tempere com alho , cominho e sal .


Clean the chicken, cut into pieces.
Then season with garlic , cumin and salt .


Na panela adicione óleo, alho, cebola e colorau. 

In the pan add oil, garlic, onion and paprika.

Em seguida adicione a galinha ,o quinó,cebolinha,coentro e água suficiente para cobrir. Quando cozinhar desligue o fogo e seeva-se. 

Then add the chicken, quinoa, chives, cilantro and enough water to cover. When cooking, turn off the heat and drain.
