- I started by frying the chicken first. So I took the pressure cooker, put the onion and oil and let this onion get very golden.
- Then put the chicken pieces and let it fry a little, always stirring to fry both sides.
- Now peel the potato and carrot and chayote. And chop and reserve
- Now back in the pressure cooker add the chopped garlic. Chopped vegetables and seasonings.
- I put the salt, pepperoni and paprika mix well as soon as the vegetables start to stick to the bottom, I put the water and put it under pressure for about 10 minutes.
- Then I removed the pressure and put the pasta on and let it cook on low heat.
- Without the cover. Just to cook the pasta, I kept stirring so it wouldn't stick to the bottom later and just serve.
