- Red Bell Pepper1 unit(s)
- Green Chili1 unit(s)
- Onion1 unit(s)
- Garlic Clove3 unit(s)
- Rice500 g
- Tomato1 unit(s)
- Saffron11/2 tablespoon
- Salt, Olive Oil, Chimichurri and green smell to taste
- Hot Water3 cup
- In a Work pan, over medium heat, add a drizzle of olive oil, the crushed garlic and the diced onion to brown.
- Add the chicken pieces to brown. Then add the rice and saffron, the peppers and diced tomatoes, mix well.
- Put the seasonings and salt, mix. Put the hot water and let the chicken and rice cook. Cover and wait until the water dries up. If you need more water, you can add it to cook.
