- Chicken breast1 kg
- Garlic (clove without core)2 unit(s)
- Olive oil150 ml
- Peanut paste300 g
- Lime2 unit(s)
- Cumin Powder1 tablespoon
- Black pepper1 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Chopped Peanuts100 g
- Grated Ginger1 teaspoon
- Tabasco to taste
- Cut the chicken breast into 2 finger cubes
- Grate the garlic and squeeze the lemon juice
- Add the garlic and half the juice to the chicken.
- Season with ground cumin, black pepper and salt. Mix everything, film and reserve in the fridge
- In the blender, add the peanut butter, tabasco pepper, grated ginger, 3 tablespoons of olive oil, 1/2 cup of water, a pinch of salt and the other half of the lemon juice
- Whisk well, taste for seasoning and pour into a bowl.
- Take a non-stick frying pan, add a drizzle of olive oil, wait for it to heat up and start grilling the chicken.
- Don't touch them too much to create a cone.
- Once grilled, place them on individual skewers.
- Serve with a spoonful or drizzle of peanut sauce.
- Finish with chopped peanuts and, if desired, to add color, a little chives.
