  • skinless chicken breast2 unit(s)
  • unsweetened peanut butter3 tablespoon
  • soy sauce2 tablespoon
  • honey2 tablespoon
  • fish sauce [optional]1 teaspoon
  • 1/4 cup coconut milk1 unit(s)
  • sesame oil1 tablespoon
  • grated garlic clove1 unit(s)
  • Juice of half a lemon1 unit(s)
  1. If the chicken breast has excess skin or fat, remove it using a sharp knife. Never wash the chicken – it causes massive contamination in your kitchen;
  2. Put the marinade ingredients in a small bowl and mix everything very well. Spread this sauce on both sides of the chicken. Arrange the chicken breasts on a baking sheet and leave to marinate in the refrigerator for 1 hour;
  3. Take to bake in preheated oven at 200 degrees for approximately 30 minutes.
