Chicken fillets4 unit(s)
Cheese strips4 unit(s)
Ham slices4 unit(s)
Wheat flour to taste
Breadcrumbs to taste
Eggs2 unit(s)
Butter or margarine to taste

Beat the chicken fillets on both sides.
Place a slice of ham on each fillet.
At one end place the cheese strip. Wrap the chicken fillet.
Pass first in the wheat flour, then in the beaten egg and, finally, in the breadcrumbs. (If you prefer, season the fillet to your liking first).
Fry the rolls in butter or margarine for about eight minutes or until golden.
Serve it hot.
