- Cooked and shredded chicken breast1 kg

- Cream cheese100 g
- Sour cream2 can(s)
- Mayonnaise3 tablespoon
- Paprika/colorific1 dessert spoon
- Salt to taste
- Butter2 tablespoon
- Cook the chicken breast only in water and salt in the pressure cooker for 20 min (if it is already cut into pieces)
- If the chicken breast is whole, cook it in the pressure cooker for approximately 35 minutes.
- In a pan add the butter
- Then put the onion
- After stirring well for about 2 minutes, add the chopped garlic.
- put the colorific
- Stir well until it is well sautéed
- With the chicken already shredded, transfer everything to a bowl (the sautéed seasonings and the shredded chicken) and stir everything very well
- Add the cream, cream cheese and mayonnaise.
- Mix everything and it's ready to eat.
