  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Lemon2 tablespoon
  • Garlic Cloves2 unit(s)
  • Egg1 unit(s)
  • Breadcrumbs2 cup
  • Tomato sauce1 can(s)
  • Mozzarella200 g
  • Oil to taste
  • Oregano to taste
  1. Place the fillets between 2 plastics and hit with the meat hammer to get the same thickness. Season with salt, pepper, garlic and lemon. Let it rest for a few minutes. Beat the egg with a fork and reserve the breadcrumbs.
  2. Dip the fillets in the egg, then in the rose flour. Fry in hot oil and set aside on a baking sheet. Then add the tomato sauce, cover with the mozzarella and sprinkle with the oregano. Place in the oven to brown. And then serve it with rice and salad!!!
