- Breadcrumbs2 cup
- Tomato sauce1 can(s)
- Mozzarella200 g
- Oil to taste
- Oregano to taste
- Place the fillets between 2 plastics and hit with the meat hammer to get the same thickness. Season with salt, pepper, garlic and lemon. Let it rest for a few minutes. Beat the egg with a fork and reserve the breadcrumbs.
- Dip the fillets in the egg, then in the rose flour. Fry in hot oil and set aside on a baking sheet. Then add the tomato sauce, cover with the mozzarella and sprinkle with the oregano. Place in the oven to brown. And then serve it with rice and salad!!!
