  • Gizzard1 kg
  • Liver1/2 kg
  • Parboiled rice1 kg
  • Onion2 unit(s)
  • Clove Garlic1 unit(s)
  • Salt, black pepper, bay leaf to taste
  • Olive oil to taste
  1. Cut the onion and brown it in olive oil. Cut and clean the kids
  2. Put the gizzards and the heart to cook until soft
  3. After placing the chicken hearts and letting everything brown, add the rice and then the water, always covering the contents 2 fingers above.
  4. Let it cook on low heat, when it starts to boil, put the chopped chicken liver so it doesn't fall apart and leave it until dry.
