Ingredients

  • Chicken breast | 1 kg
  • Bacon | 500 g
  • Garlic | 4 unit(s)
  • Dry seasonings |  to taste
  • Toothpick to skewer the medallions |  to taste

Recipe

  1. Cut the chicken breast into cubes, season to your liking. (I don't use salt because the bacon is already salty).
  2. After the chicken is seasoned, roll up the bacon slices and skewer with a toothpick.
  3. Bake in the electric fryer for approximately 25 minutes at 180 degrees.
