- Chicken breast | 1 kg
- Bacon | 500 g
- Garlic | 4 unit(s)
- Dry seasonings | to taste
- Toothpick to skewer the medallions | to taste
- Cut the chicken breast into cubes, season to your liking. (I don't use salt because the bacon is already salty).
- After the chicken is seasoned, roll up the bacon slices and skewer with a toothpick.
- Bake in the electric fryer for approximately 25 minutes at 180 degrees.
