  • Chicken leg1 kg
  • Okra500 g
  • Onion1/2 unit(s)
  • Tomato1 unit(s)
  • Pepper1/2 unit(s)
  • Green Smell to taste
  • Garlic4 unit(s)
  • Colorau1 tablespoon
  • Salt and Black Pepper to taste
  • Oil2 tablespoon
  • Tomato sauce1/2 cup
  • Water to taste
  1. Clean the crow's foot and cut the nail. In a pan, boil for about 5 minutes.
  2. After 5 minutes, remove the foot, wash and drain the water well.
  3. In a pressure cooker, put the oil and the garlic to fry, when it's golden, put the paprika and chicken feet and sauté well.
  4. Then add the peppers, onion and tomato and sauté a little more. Season with salt and pepper and add the tomato sauce.
  5. Cover with water and put to cook under pressure for about 15 minutes.
  6. Open the pan and put the okra and the green smell, let the okra cook and it's ready!
