- Chicken leg1 kg
- Okra500 g
- Onion1/2 unit(s)
- Tomato1 unit(s)
- Pepper1/2 unit(s)
- Green Smell to taste
- Garlic4 unit(s)
- Colorau1 tablespoon
- Salt and Black Pepper to taste
- Oil2 tablespoon
- Tomato sauce1/2 cup
- Water to taste
- Clean the crow's foot and cut the nail. In a pan, boil for about 5 minutes.
- After 5 minutes, remove the foot, wash and drain the water well.
- In a pressure cooker, put the oil and the garlic to fry, when it's golden, put the paprika and chicken feet and sauté well.
- Then add the peppers, onion and tomato and sauté a little more. Season with salt and pepper and add the tomato sauce.
- Cover with water and put to cook under pressure for about 15 minutes.
- Open the pan and put the okra and the green smell, let the okra cook and it's ready!
