- Brown sugar2 tablespoon
- Onion cut into thin slices6 unit(s)
- White wine2 cup
- Corn starch1 dessert spoon
- Chopped Parsley1 to taste
- Salt and Black Pepper1 to taste
- Season the chicken with salt, pepper and lemon in a pan heat the oil and brown the chicken add the sugar mix well and keep stirring cook until the sugar dissolves. Add the onion and continue stirring until it has completely softened.
- Pour in the wine and cook over low heat until the chicken is tender, add the cornstarch dissolved in a body of water and cook until the broth thickens slightly. Turn off the heat, sprinkle with parsley and serve immediately.
