Ingredients

  • whole chicken | 1 kg
  • Onion | 1 cup
  • Garlic | 5 unit(s)
  • tucupi | 1 l
  • Chicory | 2 cup
  • Jambu | 100 mg
  • Parsley | 1/2 cup
  • Black peppercorn | 1 coffee spoon
  • Salt | 2 tablespoon

Recipe

  1. Season the chicken with garlic salt and black pepper all beaten in the mortar, put all the ingredients in the chicken cut into pieces, the next day put it to bake
  2. Put the tucupi to boil, when it is boiling, put the jambu and chicory and let it cook for a little while, about 10 minutes.
  3. Place the roasted chicken inside the tucupi and let it cook for about 30 minutes.
  4. Serve with white rice
