Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet | 4 unit(s)
  • Light ricotta cream | 280 g
  • Mustard | 1.1/2 tablespoon
  • Fresh herbs |  to taste
  • Onion |  to taste
  • Garlic |  to taste
  • Water | 100 ml
  • Butter |  to taste
  • Lemon slices |  to taste

Recipe

  1. Brown the chicken fillets seasoned with salt and pepper on both sides in butter and set aside. With the frying pan still "dirty" add onion and garlic and sauté. Add the mustard with the ricotta cream and mix. Add the water and let it boil for 2 minutes. Serve the chicken with the sauce garnished with lemon wedges and fresh herbs.
