Minced chicken breast

Comecei picando o peito de frango em cubinhos. E reservei 

I started by chopping the chicken breast into cubes. And I booked

Em uma panela coloquei o azeite e deixei esquentar.  Adicionei o alho picado  .

In a pan, put the oil and let it heat up. I added the minced garlic.

Em seguida coloquei o frango picado e refogue . Com sal , pimenta do reino e orégano. 

Then I added the chopped chicken and sautéed. With salt, pepper and oregano.

Deixei o frango refogando até soltar toda a água e depois frite na mesma panela . E sirva 

I left the chicken to sauté until it releases all the water and then fry in the same pan. and serve
