- Sliced chicken fillet500 g
- Tomato sauce500 kg
- Cottage cheese3 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Cherry tomatoes to taste
- Basil to taste
- Season the chicken fillets and grill in a very hot skillet.
- Separate the grilled chicken and in the same skillet add the tomato sauce
- Season the sauce, let it boil a little and turn off the heat.
- Add the curd, mix well and turn the chickens
- Finish with cherry tomatoes and basil
- Serve still hot with white rice
