Ingredients
Recipe

Chicken breast cut into medium cubes350 g
Homemade tomato sauce2 cup
Chopped Onion1/4 cup
Chopped Garlic1 dessert spoon
Chopped fresh basil + leaves to taste
Olive oil2 tablespoon
Sea Salt to taste
Ground black pepper to taste

Season the chicken with salt and pepper and set aside.
Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a pan and brown the onion and garlic.
Add tomato sauce, salt and mix. Cook for 3 minutes and turn off the heat. Reserve.
In a non-stick frying pan, heat the rest of the oil and grill the chicken cubes little by little.
Transfer everything to the pan with the sauce.
Turn on the heat and cook over low heat for about 10 minutes.
Adjust the salt and add the basil. Boil for 1 minute and then serve with the fresh basil leaves.
