Dry red wine1 cup
Sachet of tomato sauce1 unit(s)
Coriander to taste
Green Smell to taste
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
Carrot1 unit(s)
celery stalk1 unit(s)
Water2 cup

In a pressure cooker, sauté the onion, garlic, carrot and celery for 10 minutes.
Add the gizzard and fry
Add the red wine and let it reduce.
