  • Chicken gizzard500 g
  • Finely chopped medium onion1 unit(s)
  • Garlic3 unit(s)
  • Medium tomato cut into small cubes2 unit(s)
  • Juice of half a lemon1/2 unit(s)
  • Finely chopped coriander1 cup
  • Tomato sauce1 unit(s)
  • Boiling water1 l
  • Salt to taste
  • Cumin (flat spoon)1 coffee spoon
  • Black pepper (flat spoon)1 coffee spoon
  • Paprika1 coffee spoon
  1. Bring the water to a boil
  2. Put the minced garlic to sauté in 4 tablespoons of oil, then add the onion and let it brown
  3. Add the gizzard and sauté very well
  4. Add the other ingredients, add the sauce then the water, stir to incorporate all the condiments.
  5. Put it on the pressure and let it cook for approximately 00:30 min.
  6. Serve with fresh rice
