- Chicken gizzard500 g
- Finely chopped medium onion1 unit(s)
- Garlic3 unit(s)
- Medium tomato cut into small cubes2 unit(s)
- Juice of half a lemon1/2 unit(s)
- Finely chopped coriander1 cup
- Tomato sauce1 unit(s)
- Boiling water1 l
- Salt to taste
- Cumin (flat spoon)1 coffee spoon
- Black pepper (flat spoon)1 coffee spoon
- Paprika1 coffee spoon
- Bring the water to a boil
- Put the minced garlic to sauté in 4 tablespoons of oil, then add the onion and let it brown
