  • Green Scent to taste
  • Saffron to taste
  • Oil1 l
  • Green sauce1 can(s)
  • Garlic to taste
  • Medium onion1 unit(s)
  1. Clean and cut the chicken, remove all the skin. Season with salt and put to fry.
  2. Cut the bacon into small pieces, season with salt and place to fry.
  3. Cut the sausages and slices and place to fry.
  4. In a pan, sauté the garlic, onion and saffron, add the rice, sauté well, add the fried chicken, the bacon and tongues, the bouillon cubes, salt to taste, add enough water for cooking. Finish with the corn and the green smell. And just serve.
