- Shredded Chicken1 kg
- Chopped Pepper1/2 unit(s)
- Chopped Onion1 unit(s)
- Garlic to taste
- Sweet paprika1 teaspoon
- Black pepper to taste
- Chopped green smell to taste
- Sour cream1 unit(s)
- Chopped tomato1 unit(s)
- Butter or margarine1 tablespoon
- Cottage cheese1 unit(s)
- Green corn without the canned water1 can(s)
- Mozzarella cheese100 g
- Salt to taste
- Straw Potato to taste
- Olive oil or oil to taste
- Pressure cook the chicken breast for 15 minutes using garlic, onion, salt, water until covered and sweet paprika. When the pressure is over, open the pan, remove the remaining water (save this chicken broth for other preparations), close the pan and shake to shred.
- Saute garlic and onion in olive oil or oil in a large skillet.
- Add tomato and pepper, stir and sauté for 3 minutes.
- Add the shredded chicken. Shake well.
- In the blender, put cottage cheese, corn and cream. Beat for 3 min.
- Place this creamed corn over the chicken in the skillet.
- Let it cook for 5 min.
- Put green smell and butter (gives a special touch).
- Turn off the fire. Place the cheese slices covering everything. Finish with straw potatoes.
- Enjoy your food!!!
