- Chicken Breast1 kg
- Mozzarella cheese200 g
- Cream cheese500 g
- Sour cream2 can(s)
- Corn1 can(s)
- Pitted Green Olives1 can(s)
- Straw Potato1 unit(s)
- Onion2 unit(s)
- Garlic6 unit(s)
- Salt1 to taste
- Butter3 tablespoon
- Olive oil2 tablespoon
- Cook the chicken breast, shred and set aside.
- In a blender, beat the cream, cream cheese and a pinch of salt.
- In a pan, sauté the onion and garlic lightly in butter and a drizzle of olive oil. Add pitted olives and unpreserved corn.
- Add the shredded chicken and the blender mixture and stir well until it boils.
- In a refractory place the chicken cream, cover with the mozzarella cheese and finally add the potato straw. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 20 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
- Ready now it's time to delight! Serve with white rice.
