  • Chicken Breast1 kg
  • Mozzarella cheese200 g
  • Cream cheese500 g
  • Sour cream2 can(s)
  • Corn1 can(s)
  • Pitted Green Olives1 can(s)
  • Straw Potato1 unit(s)
  • Onion2 unit(s)
  • Garlic6 unit(s)
  • Salt1 to taste
  • Butter3 tablespoon
  • Olive oil2 tablespoon
  1. Cook the chicken breast, shred and set aside.
  2. In a blender, beat the cream, cream cheese and a pinch of salt.
  3. In a pan, sauté the onion and garlic lightly in butter and a drizzle of olive oil. Add pitted olives and unpreserved corn.
  4. Add the shredded chicken and the blender mixture and stir well until it boils.
  5. In a refractory place the chicken cream, cover with the mozzarella cheese and finally add the potato straw. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 20 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
  6. Ready now it's time to delight! Serve with white rice.
