- Seasoned chicken, cooked and shredded1.5 kg
- Sour cream1 can(s)
- Cottage cheese1 can(s)
- Canned green corn1 can(s)
- Whole milk same measure of can1 can(s)
- Corn starch2 tablespoon
- Mozzarella200 g
- Grated Parmesan Cheese50 g
- Straw Potato to taste
- Beat the green corn with the water from the can in the blender, and the milk with the dissolved starch.
- Place in a pan, add the shredded chicken, and stir until thickened. Remove from heat and add half of the cream.
- Place half of this cream in the bottom of a rectangular refractory, place the mozzarella cheese, cover with the rest of the cream.
- Mix the curd with the other half of the cream, place the cream on the refractory, sprinkle with grated cheese, and finally place the potato straw.
- Place in the oven to brown. Serve hot with white rice and green salad. Enjoy your food!
