- Mozzarella200 g
- Straw Potato1 unit(s)
- Oregano to taste
- In the blender place the cream, the corn and the cup of curd. Whisk everything together until the corn is completely dissolved and set aside. Cook the chicken breast until it shreds and season as you prefer. With the chicken already seasoned and shredded, still in the pan, put the mixture in the blender and stir well. Place everything in a refractory and cover with the mozzarella and oregano. Place in the oven until all the cheese is melted. Remove from the oven and place the potato straw on top. Note: It is not necessary to add salt, because the curd and mozzarella will already have salt.
