  • Chicken Breast500 g
  • sour cream1 can(s)
  • corn1 can(s)
  • Cottage cheese200 g
  • Mozzarella250 g
  • Extra Fine Battle Straw1 unit(s)
  • Oregano to taste
  1. In the blender, place the cream, corn and the cup of curd.
  2. Whisk everything together until the corn is completely dissolved and set aside.
  3. Cook the chicken breast until it shreds and season as you see fit. Note: no need to add salt.
  4. With the chicken already seasoned and shredded, still in the pan, add the cream made in the blender and stir well.
  5. Place everything in a refractory and cover with the mozzarella and oregano.
  6. Take it to the oven until the cheese melts, remove and place the potato straw on top.
