  • Sliced Mozzarella200 g
  • Straw Potato100 g
  1. Place the chicken in the pressure cooker to cook with water and quinor broth.
  2. Once cooked, reserve the chicken water and shred the chicken.
  3. Blend the corn, the cream cheese, the cream and the water from the chicken cooking in a blender.
  4. Sauté the blender cream with shredded chicken, add salt and seasoning to your preference, stir until you get a texture you prefer.
