  • Shredded Chicken300 g
  • Mozzarella cheese150 g
  • Canned corn1 can(s)
  • Heavy cream1 cup
  • Milk150 ml
  • Garlic (cloves)2 unit(s)
  • Chopped Onion1 unit(s)
  • Parsley to taste
  • Nutmeg to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Potato sticks1 unit(s)
  1. Blend the corn, Heavy cream and milk in a blender. Reserve
  2. in a pan sauté the garlic and onion with olive oil. Add the chicken and sauté.
  3. add the cream from the blender, season with salt, pepper and nutmeg, cook until creamy. At the end add parsley and mix
  4. transfer to a dish that goes into the oven. Cover with the mozzarella and then with the straw potato.
  5. Take to preheated oven at 200 degrees until bubbling.
